reprodICU is the world’s largest repository for ICU data (>440k cases) that has undergone strongly opinionated harmonisation.
It includes MIMIC-III and -IV, eICU-CRD, AmsterdamUMCdb, HiRID and SICdb, with possible expansions for custom local datasets.
reprodICU was created for the reprodICUbility Summer School & Hackathon @ Charité IMI in collaboration with the Student Network for Open Science.
